Hi everyone! My name is Michelle Donohue, I’m currently a Senior in High school and a Girl Scout Ambassador. I’ve been a Girl Scout for the last 10 years, and currently a Gold Award Candidate.
If you’re wondering what the Gold Award is and what it means to be a Gold Award candidate – It’s the highest award a Girl Scout can earn in her entire career and being a candidate means you’re in the process of completing the project to earn it. The project itself needs to address a problem occurring in your community and you need to come up with a long-lasting sustainable solution to try solving it. For my project I’ve created this website – Skills for Success.
The purpose of this website is to address the issue of teens and young adults lacking life skills, causing them to be unprepared when entering the adult world. I want this website to be a free accessible resource for anyone so they can learn/improve skills they need to succeed in life!
