When to change air filters –
The engine air filter needs to be changed every 10,000 – 15,000, cabin air filter need to be changed every 25,000 – 30,000 miles, depending on the how often it’s driven and conditions it’s driven in. The filter itself will become dusty and dirty over time and once it’s checked you’ll know it’s time to change.
How to know when to change brake pads –
- If you don’t already know this, a brake pad is literally a flat piece of steel with a thick coat of friction material on one side. Once that side touches the brake disc, this helps generate the necessary friction to slow down or stop the wheels.
