Annual Home Maintenance and Checks

*DISCLAIMER* I am not a certified home inspector, real estate agent, or professional in home maintenance. If you choose to perform any tasks on your home, such as wiring an electrical outlet, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. The purpose of this section is to help you identify potential issues, but if you’re unsure or uncomfortable, it’s always safer to hire a professional. Prioritize safety and take the proper precautions.

It’s important to inspect your own home annually for any sort of damage. If you find any issues it’s best to hire someone to fix it for you if you’re unable to. Why you might need to annually check your home? Well, you need it for insurance purposes and if you’re selling, it’s best to have issues fixed prior to listing your home.
